We can install a new system customized to your requirements or designed to meet local codes. We are available to visit your facility to design the system with you.
We provide a full system installation, which includes catalog sheets for the devices installed, filing for permits and as built wiring diagrams.
Once the installation is complete, we will train your staff to operate the system and will provide operation manuals.
Our typical warranty is for one year and covers all parts and labor for parts that failed due to normal use.
After the warranty has ended we will be available to service the system. We usually get to your facility the same day you contact us. This includes warranty and non-warranty service calls. Service can be done with or without a service contract.
We service systems whether we installed them or not. In order to reduce return service calls, spare parts are stocked in our service vehicles. Once on site, we can typically repair most problems in a few hours which means your systems are up and running fast. This ensures continued safety and security of your facility.

All fire alarm systems are required to be inspected by a licensed alarm company on a regular basis.
We will inspect any system, whether we installed it or not. We have calibration and test equipment for many different manufacturers. Some inspections can be done at off hours at no addtional cost so we don't interfere with your business operations.
Inspecting your system will significantly reduce service calls. Many inspections are the cost of one service call. In addition, fire marshals can impose fines for systems that are not properly maintained.

Nassau County - Once per year
Huntington Township - Twice per year
Babylon Township - Once per year
Smithtown Township - Twice per year
Islip Township - Once per year
Brookhaven Township - Twice per year
New York City - Twice per year
